一、清潔冷卻器
1、 Clean the cooler
用自動(dòng)變速箱冷卻清潔器來完全清潔變速箱冷卻器和冷卻油管；或按以下程序來清潔：
Use the automatic transmission cooling cleaner to completely clean the transmission cooler and cooling oil pipe; or use the following procedure to clean:
A,首要查看冷卻油管外觀，保證有無折疊、變形等；
A. First, check the appearance of cooling oil pipe to ensure there is no folding, deformation, etc;
B,用化清劑(或同等級(jí)商品)噴入回油管直至供油管有化清劑流出，讓化清劑在冷卻器里邊堅(jiān)持1分鐘，保證雜物充沛溶解；
B. Spray chemical cleaning agent (or commodity of the same grade) into the oil return pipe until the chemical cleaning agent flows out of the oil supply pipe. Keep the chemical cleaning agent in the cooler for 1 minute to ensure that the sundries are fully dissolved;
C、用壓縮空氣吹出溶液，調(diào)查溶液色彩；
C. Blow out the solution with compressed air and investigate the color of the solution;
D、可重復(fù)B、C過程，直至流出干凈液體，然后用風(fēng)**吹干，保證油道通暢無阻；
D. Repeat process B and C until clean liquid flows out, and then blow dry with air * * to ensure smooth oil passage;
E、更終往回油管內(nèi)寫入變速箱油，然后用風(fēng)**吹干，重復(fù)三次。
E. Finally, write the transmission oil into the oil return pipe, and then dry it with air * * for three times.
二、查看流量
Two. Check the flow
A、自動(dòng)變速箱裝置無缺后，將回油管接入量杯；
A. Connect the oil return pipe to the measuring cup after the automatic transmission device is intact;
B、主動(dòng)變速箱內(nèi)加注不少于6公升油；
B. Fill the active gearbox with no less than 6 liters of oil;
C、在“P”檔位，發(fā)起車輛工作20秒后熄火，查看量杯內(nèi)排進(jìn)油量應(yīng)不少于1升；
C. In the "P" position, start the vehicle to work for 20 seconds and then turn off the engine. Check that the amount of oil discharged into the measuring cup should not be less than 1 liter;
D、達(dá)不到需求的，必要時(shí)替換水箱和冷卻器油管；
D. If it can not meet the requirements, replace the water tank and cooler oil pipe if necessary;
E、更終裝好一切油管，查看油面高度，測(cè)試路試情況是不是杰出。
E. Finally, install all oil pipes, check the oil level height, and test whether the road test is outstanding.
